Wellbeing Coaching Program

Our Wellbeing Coaching Program is a tailored holistic wellbeing program aimed at addressing key areas of wellbeing and identifying the barriers to change.

Employers may request a Fitness for Duty Assessment to find solutions to complex injury management cases and to support employees with health conditions to safely stay at or return to work. Our medical specialists offer impartial and independent evaluations on an employees’ health and deliver timely, expert and comprehensive assessments.

Our Independent Medical Examinations (IME) provide expert information to assist with workers compensation injury and claims management. At Medical by Altius we retain weekly availability with medical practitioners across a range of specialties so that we are able to respond to your needs with accurate, timely information and assessments.

Our allied health professionals partner with individuals and organisations to provide treatment aimed at reducing complications and costs associated with individual claims. We take a tailored approach, assessing each individual’s barriers to recovery and to returning to work or pre-injury health, wellbeing and life. As experienced mediators, our registered psychologists prevent workplace tensions escalating into costly problems. We employ communication strategies, individual meetings and insights to bring together successful mediation interventions and agreements. Our professional, guided mediation service aims to resolve conflict and minimise the impact of relationship problems in the workplace.

Our PeopleSense psychologists combine their expertise with evidence based assessment tools to provide reliable feedback on an a worker’s current capacity for work in relation to their cognitive and psychological abilities.

PeopleSense by Altius provides psychological wellbeing checks, often required by employers to assess the wellbeing of their employees. These checks assess the psychological wellbeing of each employee and provide guidance to employers on strategies to improve the level of overall wellness.

Our Resilience Training strengthens an employee's capacity to cope with stress and adversity, or their ability to “bounce back”. We provide pragmatic strategies to help build a resilient workforce, able to manage their own mental health and support others, as part of our mental health education series.

CIM Employment 's Work Assist Program is free to eligible businesses with employees at risk of losing their employment due to an injury, disability or a health  condition. Work Assist supports employees to maintain their employment while managing their injury, disability or health condition.
