Physitrack

A mobile app to support your recovery program

At OccHealth by Altius we pride ourselves in offering our clients the latest technologies to help you achieve your outcomes. To create your tailored exercise programs we use an innovative mobile app called PhysiApp designed by Physitrack.

PhysiApp lets you complete your prescribed exercise program by following clear, narrated exercise videos. PhysiApp is free to download from the App Store and Google Play store and can also can be accessed via your browser. There is no cost to you to use the app. Built-in reminders help you to stay on track towards realising your health potential.

We are proud to be using PhysiApp for your exercise program, to track your progress and communicate with you via built-in video call and messaging features. This tool may be recommended by your consultant to support your recovery and wellbeing.

Step 1: Download PhysiApp from the App Store or Google Play (free) or go to www.physiapp.com on your computer.

Step 2: You will receive a program access code via email or SMS from your consultant.

Step 3: Enter your access code in PhysiApp to get started.
