Since Jaydene completed her Bachelor of Arts, Graduate Diploma in Psychology and her Masters in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, she has worked passionately in the application of psychology to both personal and work settings. Jaydene has extensive experience working within a variety of industries and sectors in counselling, coaching, facilitation, consulting and occupational rehabilitation roles.

Bringing high levels of insight regarding factors that contribute to stress, burnout, and other mental health conditions - Jaydene enjoys educating and empowering employees and workplaces to take a proactive approach to caring for their mental wellbeing. She has many years of experience in the administration, interpretation and reporting of psychometric assessments as well as providing Employee Assistance Program, Management Assistance, Medicare, WorkCover and Workplace Wellbeing counselling.

Jaydene uses a combination of evidence-based psychological techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Exposure Therapy. Using these techniques, she is able to assist clients managing conditions and circumstances including Depression, Anxiety, Acute Stress, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Adjustment Difficulties, Anger Management, Relationship Difficulties, Workplace Bullying and Substance Use.  

Jaydene’s vast experience includes working in Critical Incident Response, providing onsite support, trauma debriefing and conducting welfare checks to ensure client safety and wellbeing. She also conducts Psychological Functional Assessments, Fitness for Work Assessments and Mediation.

Using her solid understanding of how to develop and sustain psychological safe workplaces, Jaydene has developed expertise in Organisational Psychology services such as coaching, training, culture reviews, psychometric testing and consulting. Jaydene also assists clients in change management, communication skill building, bullying and harassment and workload management.  

Her ambition to help people, teams and organisations to reach their potential transcends to all areas of her work. Combining her counselling experience in mental health with her work in organisational consulting, she brings a holistic approach to support clients to achieve their goals.
