As a Vocational Advisor, you'll be making a real difference in people's lives. You'll be helping injured clients return to work by providing job placement services within the WorkSafe scheme, actively marketing the skills and aptitudes of individual job seekers, and liaising with a variety of stakeholders to ensure a smooth return to work process.

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the labour market and be able to engage and motivate injured clients, with exceptional writing and communication skills. You should also have knowledge and understanding of Workers' Compensation and injury management. Ideally, you'll be a registered Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Osteopath, or Social Worker, or have significant experience in Occupational Rehabilitation or Job Placement Services. Experience within employment services and/or recruitment is highly regarded.
